Recipe Notes

You can roll your chocolate balls in some more shredded coconut or your favorite crushed nut for more texture. They will stay fresh in the refrigerator for a few days.

This vegan chocolate balls are easy and quick to make. They are packed with natural sugars and energy to lift more weights in the gym. I also love eating these energy balls in between meals to give me some extra energy in dessert form. You can add coffee to the balls for an wake up call in the morning or a pick me up in the evening. I have listed vegan protein powder too for people who need some protein before their workout. Those two ingredients are completely optional and hence not required to make organic chocolate energy balls.
